This policy explains what information COIBinder ("we," "us") collects through coibinder.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. COIBinder is a paperwork-tracking service for small contractors, operated from Reno, Nevada, USA.

Information we collect

Waitlist form: your name, email address, trade, team size, how you track paperwork today, and anything you choose to write in the comments box.
Founding-member payments: handled entirely by Stripe. Stripe collects your card details and billing information. We receive your name, email, the amount paid and the payment status. We never see or store your full card number.
Emails you send us: the contents of any message you send to hello@coibinder.com.
Basic technical data: our hosting provider (Netlify) and advertising partners (Google Ads) may record standard information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, to deliver the site, prevent abuse and measure ad performance.

How we use it

To tell you when founding spots open and when COIBinder launches.
To process founding-member payments and refunds.
To understand how contractors handle insurance certificates, licenses and lien waivers today, so we build the right product.
To answer your questions and provide support.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your personal information.
We don't share it with anyone except the service providers listed below, or when required by law.

Service providers

We use Netlify (website hosting and form storage), Stripe (payments), Google (email and advertising) and Cloudflare (domain and email routing). Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information until you ask us to delete it or until we no longer need it for the purposes above. Payment records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@coibinder.com. You can unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any email or by replying "unsubscribe."

Children

COIBinder is a business tool for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be emailed to people on our list.
